Orderchamp has no standard return policy. We're handling B2B orders, so every supplier uses its own return conditions, but is not obliged to do so.
If you want to return a product, you must contact the supplier directly to discuss the options. The return conditions differ per supplier and in general both parties will come to an agreement.
You can contact the supplier by clicking on the chat button on the page of the relevant supplier, or in the order overview in your account. Once the conversation has started, you will find the chat in your account profile at 'Inbox'. If you need advice or want to consult with us, you can always contact us via email@example.com.
