In 'Manager', select 'CRM' from the left-hand menu. Select the 'Invitation' tab. Here you will see a list of all the retailers who have been sent an e-mail to join Orderchamp's platform.
If you do not see a retailer on the list, it is perhaps because the invitation was invalid. Select the 'Invalid Invitations' tab to see a list of invitations that could not be sent to retailers. Under the 'Error Message' column, you will see the reason why the invitation could not be sent.
