You are all set up with Orderchamp - your storefront is live and you have got some beautiful products to showcase. Now what? Invite existing retailers of yours to Orderchamp following the steps below.
In 'Manager', select 'CRM' from the left-hand menu. Under the 'Customers' click on the 'Invite Retailers' button on the top right-hand corner. From here, you will have the option to either send automated or manual e-mails to your retailers.
In the 'Send automated e-mails' section, you have two options for how you can send e-mails to retailers. You can either enter all the e-mails in the first box, separated by a comma or a new line, or just beneath this box, you have the option to enter the retailer's full name, and e-mail.
Once you have entered the e-mails, simply click on send invitations and Orderchamp will automatically send out the invitations on your behalf.
Just below, in the 'Manually send e-mails' section, you have the option to copy the link to your store on Orderchamp's platform and paste this link into an e-mail which you will send manually to retailers through your own e-mail account.
