Use the Manager in your backoffice for this and click on ‘Settings’, on the left-hand menu, at the very bottom. Select ‘General settings’.
The second section, ‘Storefronts’, is where you will manage your storefront(s).
In the ‘Name’ field, fill in the name of your brand. If you sell multiple brands, you can always create another storefront to represent the other brand(s).
In the ‘Description’ field, fill in a description of your brand. This is the description that retailers will see when visiting your page, so try to make it as clear and concise as possible. Think of this as an short 'About Us' section.
The ‘Profile Image’ field is where you can upload the photo that you would like people to see when they visit your store. This image should reflect the essence of your store and is mostly the logo. It is also the photo that retailers will see when they chat with you in the message centre. We recommend starting out with a square shape image, measuring at least 600 pixels x 600 pixels.
Last but not least: to maintain the quality of the platform and to ensure that your storefront is appealing to retailers, our designers will product the banner that will live within your storefront. We will accommodate your wishes as much as possible. You can learn more about this here. Click on 'Send us photos through this form' to submit your header picture.
Once all your information is inputted correctly, you can check the box next to 'Publish your storefront' in order to make your store visible to retailers.
If you wish to add another storefront because you sell multiple brands, simply click the 'New Storefront' button and this will open up a new window where you can include the new name and description. Once you click 'Create' you will see the new store created just beneath the original storefront that you had created. Add your 'Profile Image', making sure to use a different image than you use in your original shop.
To add another storefront, simply click on the ‘New Storefront’ button once more, fill in the field required, click “Create”, and then proceed to add your images.
Your 'Minimum order values' and 'Lead time' will also be stated in your storefront. You can adjust this information in the first section of the General settings: 'Business Settings'.
To learn more about minimum order values and lead times, you can read these articles: 'How do I set minimum first order & minimum re-order amounts?' and 'How do I set the lead time for my products to reach retailers?'
